War, Place, and Time 

John Kerry has taken to calling Iraq, the "wrong war, in the wrong place, at the wrong time." Powerline asks what sort of war he would support. Here's a little free help for the Kerry campaign, showing all the permutations of right/wrong for War, Time, and Place. He could carry these around on a card, so that when he needs to know what the right war, in the right place, but at the wrong time would be. (Scroll down.
